Habitability Reporting

Have a property too small for a site manager but needs more attention than your office can offer? Our weekly Habitability Reporting offers your property the needed attention to include common area detail with weekly reports to include written documentation and photographs! Our experience in the Property Management field has enabled our team to identify potential issues for our reporting purposes to assist our clients in prompt actions for enforcement, habitability and curb appeal. We have found that WEEKLY service is the best option to properly report and maintain community satisfaction.

Property Marketing

From single family homes to mid sized multiplexes we are here for your photo and video needs. Capturing the best light possible and providing an angle for your viewer that draws them to your property! Airbnb, VRBO, FSBO, Vacation Rental, Property management or even a homeowner's memento. We can shoot year round but typically Spring/Summer are our busiest times. Our turnaround time is very fast and we will even copyright your photo with your logo if preferred.

Natural Art

On our adventures things tend to catch our eyes. From ironic rubbish to nature and her beauty. We create canvasses, prints and delightful wall art for your home or business. This is my "hobby" and I utilize proceeds here to purchase equipment. Some of our prints are featured in local shops - We update locations in IG! Check out our GALLERY and inquire for print options!

Repurposing Treasures

We do our best to repurpose, donate or refurbish discarded items to lower the landfill impact in our community. Sometimes that just isn't possible but no matter, we are still dedicated to assisting you in the disposal of clutter and abandoned property. We typically carry 3-5 pieces at a time and update IG when new pieces become available. All current available pieces are also on our PROJECTS page.

How does a Habitability Reporting contract work?

PERFECT for properties too small for an onsite manager yet too large to not have frequent inspections or eyes on the property. We will make weekly visits as outlined in our written contract based on our preliminary site meeting. Cleaning laundry rooms, grounds, trash enclosures, mail rooms and foyers are just a few of our service offerings. Photographs will be taken each week to show condition that is noteworthy along with explanation in the PDF report. Reporting is billed monthly but reports are disbursed weekly. We currently service Tigard, Tualatin, Beaverton, Lake Oswego and SW Portland.

Why do you donate or refurbish things we don't want?

Our goal is three-fold. To help our clients clean up their personal space; To limit the amount of debris headed to the landfill in our community; To donate or repurpose items for others to enjoy within our community. Of course, there will be plenty that is not salvageable but if there is a possibility for something to become more, we will find a way!

How long have you been doing this?

TCIS has been going strong since 2007. We are a local, family owned and operated business who started out as landscape cleanup technicians in the Portland area. Being in the PM line of work we can see where businesses thrive and struggle so we try to bridge those gaps by offering a unique service for small businesses.

What areas do you service?

We currently service Tigard, Tualatin, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Sherwood and Southwest Portland. Phew! We strive to offer the best possible service to try not to stretch ourselves too thin. Have a special requests? Give us a shout.

Who takes the photos you are offering?

That would be Jen! Real Estate photo and video tours by profession and Natural Photography as her passion. Beauty, Raw, Ominous and Inspiring. A dabble here and there with sports photography to wrap up the talent.
